If you paid but Feeder still shows your old plan, check two things first: that you're signed in to the account you paid on, and that Feeder has reloaded since you paid. Sorry for the hassle. Start with the steps below, and if they don't do it, we're a quick e-mail away.
Am I signed in to the account I paid for?
A plan belongs to the Feeder account that bought it, not to your card or your store account.
- Click Account at the bottom of the left sidebar. Your e-mail address shows under Account, and Plan shows your plan.
- If it says Free, click Log out and sign in the way you did when you paid: with Google, with Apple, or with your e-mail and password.
If you use Sign in with Apple and hid your e-mail, your Feeder account uses an address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com, a separate account from one made with your own e-mail. If Account says You are using Feeder without an account, sign in to the extension with the account you paid on. Can't find it? See Can't log in to Feeder? Find your account and get back in.
How do I make Feeder pick up my new plan?
- Web: reload the page.
- Browser extension: close your browser and open it again.
- iPhone, iPad and Android apps: open Settings, tap Log out, then sign in again.
I paid in the App Store or Google Play
A subscription from the App Store or Google Play belongs to the Feeder account that was signed in when you bought it.
- Open Feeder on the phone or tablet you paid on, signed in to the account you paid for. When the app starts, it tries again to confirm a purchase that didn't go through.
- If the app says This App Store account is already linked to another Feeder account or This Google Play account is already linked to another Feeder account, your subscription is on another Feeder account. Sign in to that one, or e-mail us and we'll help you sort it out.
- If it says We couldn't confirm your purchase, e-mail support@feeder.co with a screenshot of the message and your receipt. You'll find the receipt in your App Store purchase history or your Google Play order history.
Why did my plan stop?
If a renewal can't be charged, for example because your card expired, your account moves to Free and Feeder shows You were downgraded to Free. Nothing is deleted, but anything over the Free limits pauses until you upgrade again. Cancel, downgrade or change your Feeder plan lists what changes.
To avoid it, check Account, Plan before your renewal date. Under Billing you see the Next charge date and the card on file. If it says None on file, add a card.
How do I get my plan back?
- Click Account, then Upgrade. The Continue with button in the downgrade message takes you to the same place.
- Choose Pay monthly or Pay yearly at the top, then click Upgrade now on your plan and pay.
Plus is $7.99 a month billed yearly or $9.99 billed monthly. Professional is $14.99 per user a month billed yearly or $19.99 billed monthly. Once you've paid, everything you had turns back on.
Common questions
Should I pay again to fix it?
Please don't. A second payment can start a second subscription. E-mail us instead, and we'll connect the payment you already made.
How long does it take for my plan to change?
On feeder.co, usually right away. If the checkout window closed before it finished, it can take a few minutes. In the apps, it changes as soon as the app confirms the purchase with Apple or Google.
Still stuck? E-mail support@feeder.co with your Feeder account's e-mail address, how you paid (card, PayPal, App Store or Google Play) and the date. A receipt or screenshot helps us find it fast.
