Can't log in to Feeder? Find your account and get back in

Updated September 27, 2026 3 min read

Every Feeder account belongs to one e-mail address. Find that address, then log in the way you signed up: with a password, Google, Apple or your company's SSO. Forgot the password? feeder.co/forgot e-mails you a link to set a new one.

Which e-mail did I sign up with?

  • Search your inboxes for mail from Feeder, such as the welcome e-mail "Everything you care about in one place."
  • Look in the app. If Feeder is still logged in on your phone, open the Settings tab. Your account's e-mail is at the top.
  • Test an address at feeder.co/forgot. E-mail not found means that address has no account. Otherwise Feeder sends it a reset link.

Did I sign up with Google or Apple?

If you did, your account uses the address Google or Apple shared with Feeder. Log in with Google opens the account for that Google address, even one you first made with a password.

If you chose Hide My Email with Apple, your account belongs to a private address that ends in @privaterelay.appleid.com. To see it, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Sign in with Apple and select Feeder. Tap Log in with Apple in the iPhone app, or use feeder.co/login?apple on the web. Once you're in, you can move the account to your own e-mail.

Feeder says I have an account, but I never signed up

The Feeder browser extension can create one for you. If you asked for Get updates to your inbox on a feed and clicked the link in the "Confirm following" e-mail, Feeder made an account for that address. You never chose a password, so set one at feeder.co/forgot.

Will Feeder send me a code?

No. Feeder never sends sign-in codes, only links: for password resets, team invites and "Confirm following" e-mails. If you're waiting for a verification code, it comes from another app.

I'm stuck on "Connecting..."

This screen links the Feeder browser extension to your account, and only the extension can finish it. If the extension is turned off, still installing or open in a private window, Feeder shows We couldn't reach the extension after about 20 seconds.

  • Click Go to your feeds to read in the web app. Your account and feeds are safe.
  • To connect the extension, turn it on, use a normal window instead of a private one, and click Try connecting again.

Why does it say cookies must be enabled?

That message comes from a website, not from Feeder: some sites can't save cookies when a post opens inside Feeder. Click Simple in the post's toolbar to read just the text, or open the post in a new tab. Feeder itself uses a cookie to keep you logged in, so allow cookies for feeder.co in your browser and privacy extensions.

I lost access to my work e-mail

If you're still logged in on the web or in the extension, change the account's e-mail to one you use. The confirmation link goes to the new address, so you don't need the old inbox.

If you're logged out everywhere, e-mail support@feeder.co from your new address. Tell us the old address and how you paid, if you did. We'll help you back in, or cancel the plan for you.

Common questions

Why does Feeder say "That e-mail does not exist in our system"?

No account uses that address. Try your other addresses, or log in with Google or Apple.

How do I log in with my company's SSO?

Use the login link from your team admin: feeder.co/login/ followed by your company's domain. In the apps, tap Log in with SSO. See Set up SSO login using SAML.

Still stuck? E-mail support@feeder.co and tell us which addresses you've tried.
