Free trials and discounts

Feeder has no trial button, but the Free plan has no time limit, and support can set up a trial if you want to test Plus or Professional first. Paying yearly is the discount everyone gets, and for student or nonprofit pricing, ask us.

Is there a free trial?

There's no trial you can start yourself. The Free plan is yours for as long as you like: it follows up to 200 feeds, with no ads. See What's included in Feeder's Free plan.

To try a paid plan first, e-mail support@feeder.co from your Feeder account's e-mail address. Tell us which plan you'd like to try and what you want to test, and we can set up a trial on your account.

How does a trial work?

  • Account, Plan shows You are trying Professional (or Plus) and how many days you have left.
  • You don't need a card, and we don't charge you.
  • When the trial ends, your account goes back to Free and Feeder lets you know. Nothing is deleted.
  • To keep the plan, click Add payment details and pick monthly or yearly billing.

Plus is $7.99 a month billed yearly or $9.99 billed monthly. Professional is $14.99 per user a month billed yearly or $19.99 billed monthly. All plans are on feeder.co/pricing.

How can I pay less?

  • Pay yearly. Everyone saves this way: Plus is $7.99 a month instead of $9.99, and Professional is $14.99 per user a month instead of $19.99.
  • Black Friday. In recent years, Feeder has run a sale on yearly plans around Black Friday. While a sale runs, a banner on the pricing page shows it, and the discount is taken off at checkout.
  • Ask us. If you're a student, work at a nonprofit or have been with Feeder for years, and the price is what's stopping you, e-mail support@feeder.co and tell us a little about your situation.

Where do I enter a promo code?

You don't type in a code. A Feeder discount comes as a link. Open it while you're signed in to Feeder, choose your plan, and the discount is applied when you pay. Afterward, Account, Plan lists it under Discounts.

If a link doesn't work, the plans page tells you why:

  • Unfortunately, this deal has expired means the offer has ended.
  • This daily deal coupon is connected to another user means the link belongs to another account. Sign in to the account the offer was sent to.

Common questions

I saw 50% off in an ad. How do I get it?

Offers like that run for a limited time. If there's no banner on the pricing page, the offer has ended and the checkout shows the regular price.

Can I get a refund if Feeder isn't right for me?

Refunds are only given in exceptional cases, at Feeder's discretion: see the Refund policy. That's one more reason to try the Free plan, or ask for a trial, before you pay.

Is there special pricing for a large team?

Yes. Enterprise is priced for your organization: e-mail sales@feeder.co for a quote.
