Annotations are an intuitive tool that allows you to interact with text directly and make your notes even more contextual and specific.
Adding an annotation
Highlight any piece of text within a post, and a menu pops up, offering the Add note to selection option.
Clicking on it allows you to create a note tied directly to that specific text segment. Your annotations will appear as yellow markings on the text, offering a visual cue for easy reference.
Sharing insights with your team
If you’re using Feeder in a team, your annotations will be visible to all team members, facilitating seamless collaboration. If you’re flying solo, rest assured your annotations remain private, offering you a personalized experience.
Enhanced reading & collaboration
Annotations are not just highlights; they can be used to create conversations around content, and exchange insights, observations or crucial pointers. They bring context right where it’s needed, ensuring that your team or your thoughts are aligned with the specific content that inspired them.
Where to find your Annotations?
Just like notes, finding your Annotations is a breeze. Head to the Notes section in the sidebar, and all your Annotations, along with Notes, are listed there for quick access.
Every article that has one or more Annotations or Notes display a yellow badge.
You can also use the feed filter options to filter out articles with annotations in a long list of posts.
