Twitter (X) feeds

Updated September 26, 2026 1 min read

Feeder can't follow X (Twitter) accounts directly. X has no RSS feeds, and it has closed access to its API.

You can still get posts from X accounts into Feeder:

  • rss.app makes RSS feeds from X profiles, hashtags and searches. It is a paid service. Copy the feed link it gives you, click Add feed in Feeder and paste it.
  • Bluesky or Mastodon. Many people who post on X also post there, and every public profile has a free RSS feed. Paste the profile address into Add feed and Feeder finds the feed.
  • Their website or newsletter. Most writers and news sites that post on X also publish somewhere with a feed.

Nitter, the free tool that used to make feeds from X, is down or blocked almost everywhere, so we no longer recommend it.

More options and example feeds: Twitter (X) RSS feeds and Mastodon RSS feeds.
