Timeline

4 years of development and the future

What has happened since 2013?

From hobby to full-time
Feeder began as a hobby project 2010. 3 years later we released our subscription pricing model. For 4 years we have been working on Feeder during the nights and weekends. It has been a labour of love. This year, 2017, we took a big leap and began work on Feeder full-time. Today we operate at loss, but we believe we with your help we can together take Feeder to the next level.

Completely revamping the product
During these years we have completely revamped the product. Making it a lot snappier, stable and secure. We've added tons of features and have big plans for the future. Below you can see a timeline of the major releases since 2013 and what has happened in the world since then.

This is just the beginning

We have big plans for the future and we want you to help us shape it

Our roadmap is packed
From your input we base our plans for improving the service. Now that we are working on Feeder full-time we have the possibility to work faster and more efficient. Here are some additions planned for the near future.

TBA

More integrations

Integrations with Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, Upwork and a lot more are planned. Let us know what you are missing.

TBA

Better reading experience

We have a lot of ideas how to make the reading experience better. More customizable viewing options and more ways to read posts.

TBA

Better browsing

Browsing today is through lists, we think we can create richer browsing options. Allowing for faster and more intuitive to browse your posts.

TBA

Better favorites

Some great additions to favorites are in the pipeline. Sort, folders, snooze and more.

TBA

Easier to add feeds

Today adding feeds can be a hassle. You first need to find the right RSS link to add. We are planning on making it a lot easier.

TBA

An open API

We believe people can make great things with the power of Feeder. An API is the beginning of something big.
