The purpose of Part III is to publish public Acts as soon as is reasonably practicable after they have received Royal Assent in order to expedite their distribution. Part III of the Canada Gazette contains the public Acts of Canada and certain other ancillary publications, including a list of Proclamations of Canada and Orders in Council relating to the coming into force of Acts, from the date of the previous number to the date shown above.
