Public dashboards

Turn your feeds into a live page for clients

Make a page from the sources you follow for a client, your board or your team. They open the link in any browser, with no account, and new posts appear as they come in.

Open the live page

Columns of anything you follow

Each column shows the newest posts from one thing you follow. Put up to 15 side by side.

Make a column from

One feed per column. A feed can be a site, a blog, a newsletter or a YouTube channel, like NASA's here.

On the office screen, all day

Open the link on a TV in the newsroom or at the monitoring desk. New posts appear at the top of their columns as Feeder finds them, so the screen never needs a reload.

New posts are highlighted for a few seconds as they arrive.

Theme

They just open the link

Clients, your board or the public need no account and no app. The page opens in their browser, on a phone or a computer, ready to read.

  1. The link arrives

In an email, in a chat or on your intranet. It's a plain web link.

  2. The page opens

No sign-in and no app. On a phone it shows one column at a time, with tabs for the others.

    Try a tab
  3. They can follow it

Follow in Feeder asks for a free account, then puts the page's feeds in it. You can turn the button off.

Make it yours

Your logo, your name and a line about the page sit at the top, in light or dark. There's no Feeder logo, so it reads as your page.

  • A law firm's client page

Light, a wordmark logo, no Follow button

  • A city's page for residents

Light or dark, as each visitor's device is set

  • A newsroom's wall screen

Dark, new posts highlighted as they arrive

Set it up in three steps

You do it all in Feeder. The page is live as soon as you create it.

  1. Start from a folder

Pick a folder of feeds you follow, or all of them. Its feeds go on the page.

  2. Arrange the columns

Pick what each column shows and put them in order, left to right.

Columns

Up to 15, left to right in the order you set. They share the screen's width, from 220 to 640 px each, and scroll sideways when they don't fit. A phone shows one at a time, with tabs for the others.

Try a screen

1440 px wide: six of the eight columns fit, at 220 px each. The other two scroll sideways.

Updates

Leave the page open all day. New posts appear at the top of their columns as Feeder finds them, with no reload. With highlights on, each new post is yellow for five seconds.

Visitors

How many people opened the page in the last 7, 30 and 90 days, with a bar for each day. You and your team aren't counted, and you don't see who visited.

Last

131 people opened the page in the last 30 days. Someone who comes back every day counts once.

Questions

Do visitors need a Feeder account?
No. Anyone with the link opens the page in a browser, on a computer, a phone or a screen on the wall. Visitors who use Feeder can follow it, and its feeds go into their Feeder.
What can a column show?
A feed, a folder of feeds, all posts on the page, a Google News search for a topic, a website without RSS, or a collection of posts your team picks.
Who can open the page?
Anyone with the link. It has no password, so share it as you would any web page: on your intranet, in an email to clients or on a TV in the office.
Is there a Feeder logo on the page?
No logo. A “Powered by Feeder” line is off unless you turn it on, and the top of the page has your name, line and logo.
Can I turn off “Follow in Feeder”?
Yes. A switch in the editor hides the button.
Can I delete a page?
Yes. Its link stops working for everyone who has it. Feeds you follow yourself stay as they are.
What happens if I cancel?
The link shows “Dashboard disabled” until you upgrade again. Your columns and settings stay as they are.
Which plans include it?
