Personal notes are private to you &#8211; but notes added in teams are visible to all your team members. Notes are connected to posts and can help you keep information related to that post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Writing a note<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simply scroll to the bottom of a post, or use the &#8220;Add a note&#8221; button in the top bar to find the Notes section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.feedercdn.com\/email\/notes-quick-button.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Write your note in the input field and press the purple send button to post it. You can also use Cmd\/Ctrl + Enter to post the note if you prefer working with the keyboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.feedercdn.com\/email\/notes-input-field.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Formatting a note<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can use <code>Cmd\/Ctrl + B<\/code> to add <strong>bold sections<\/strong> in your note, and <code>Cmd\/Ctrl + I<\/code> to add <em>italic sections<\/em>. Most quick commands for formatting will work just as usual and in future releases we will add buttons to make it simpler to toggle these visual states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Finding notes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can find all posts where you&#8217;ve added notes in the &#8220;Notes&#8221; section in the sidebar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.feedercdn.com\/email\/notes-in-sidebar.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posts with notes also have a yellow marking showing how many notes are added to that post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.feedercdn.com\/email\/notes-indicator.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another way to find posts with notes is using the filter function and check the &#8220;Notes&#8221; checkbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/feeder.co\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/08\/Skarmavbild-2023-08-31-kl.-15.59.32-574x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1282\" style=\"width:249px;height:444px\" width=\"249\" height=\"444\" srcset=\"https:\/\/feeder.co\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/08\/Skarmavbild-2023-08-31-kl.-15.59.32-574x1024.png 574w, https:\/\/feeder.co\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/08\/Skarmavbild-2023-08-31-kl.-15.59.32-168x300.png 168w, https:\/\/feeder.co\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/08\/Skarmavbild-2023-08-31-kl.-15.59.32.png 604w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 249px) 100vw, 249px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notes keep everything about a post in one place. Use them to flag what you&#8217;re working on, leave context for teammates, or save details you&#8217;ll want to find later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Only available in Feeder Plus<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that Notes are available as part of our Feeder Plus plan.
